Rachelle is a dynamic entrepreneur whose career has bridged multiple industries, sharpening her expertise in leadership, operations, and talent management. Early on, she discovered her flair for entertainment planning as a Therapeutic Recreational Therapist/ Activities Director, curating events and coordinating performers—a foundation for her future in live entertainment.

Her journey continued as a top sales representative at a Fortune 500 company, where she designed innovative mailing and shipping systems, consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally, and earned numerous awards for excellence.

For almost three decades, Rachelle built and operated a highly successful mortgage brokerage firm, making history as the first female President of the New York State Mortgage Brokers Association. She led with vision, trained staff, organized large-scale conventions, and advocated at state and national levels, honing her organizational and strategic skills.

Rachelle’s entrepreneurial spirit extended into hospitality, where she developed and managed a hotel, marina, restaurant, and live music venue. Her keen eye for talent and passion for live entertainment shaped the venue’s identity and success.

Today, Rachelle leverages her diverse background to excel in the music and events industry. She is a connector—building meaningful relationships between artists, venues, and audiences—and a powerhouse in artist management, venue operations, and event production.
